Gözde Onay is a marketing strategist based in Istanbul, with seventeen years spent turning brand ambition into measurable growth.
She spent over a decade at Hype, rising from Director of Strategy to Vice President, before founding Kudos in 2025 — a practice built on a simple premise: brands don’t need more noise, they need sharper decisions, made faster, on better evidence.
She holds a degree in Economics from Koç University and a Master’s in Communication Strategy from Istanbul AdSchool. She serves as a Board Member of MMA Türkiye (Marketing + Media Alliance) and speaks regularly at industry events, including the MarTech Awards and MMA Global.
